Our holiday residence is situated in the middle of a little medieval town Perast, once a prosperous navy centre whose 300 houses were built in the 17th and 18th century. Today Perast is protected as a World Heritage Site in an area of outstanding natural beauty and dramatic scenery.

The house was a home of a well known merchant family Mrshe for over 2 centuries and was classified as a ruin in the land registry in the beginning of the last century.

We spent the best part of 2 years completely restoring it and trying to recreate its former glory, by using only natural material of stone and wood and keeping the original generous dimensions of every room in the house. The house covers more than 7000sq feet and is equiped with all the modern amenities including flat screen TV, DVD, ISDN internet connection, its own water supply. It also has a completely walled and private spacious front courtyard and terraced back gardens and is only 2 mins or 62 steps away from the sea, which is crystal clear and warm in the summer months.

Mrshe Palace can be rented as one house accomodating up to 22 people very comfortably, or as two separate houses, smaller one to accomodate up to 6 people and bigger one with 7 bedrooms/6 bathrooms.
